author Monday March 13, 2006 12:00author by Report post

Israeli army units stationed at Al-Pathan checkpoint near the West Bank city of Nablus detained scores of Palestinian cars and buses on Monday morning.

Troops forced residents to travel on foot and did not allow any car to pass the checkpoint.

Soldiers restrained university students who were residents of Jenin to pass, simply because they were residents of Jenin, eyewitnesses reported.
